Ellen Langan
Director of Quality Management

Ellen Langan is the Director of Quality Management for PerformCare New Jersey. She is responsible for the evaluation of the quality of care provided to youth and families; organization-wide monitoring, analysis, and improvement of clinical and operational functions; direction of the Appeal and Reconsideration Process; and oversight of organization-wide policies and procedures.

Ms. Langan has more than 30 years of experience in community mental health, holding a variety of positions in direct clinical care; supervisory, clinical leadership; and quality improvement. Prior to joining PerformCare, she worked as the Director of Quality Improvement for Ocean Mental Health Services, Preferred Behavioral Health, and the Ocean Partnership for Children Case Management Organization, for a combined 18 years.

Ms. Langan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has certifications in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) and Healthcare Compliance (CHC). She received her BS from Hahnemann University in Mental Health Technology and her master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.
